Exercise Physiology is an allied health profession specialising in the assessment, treatment and management of health conditions through evidence-based exercise.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), I am trained to support people with chronic conditions, injuries, metabolic and cardiovascular concerns, musculoskeletal limitations, and those wanting to improve their long-term health and wellbeing.
Whether your goal is rehabilitation, return to sport, improved function, increased strength, or simply feeling confident in your body again, I provide personalised exercise programs backed by clinical knowledge and real athletic experience.
